Paper confetti, foam board, electric pump, balloons, fermenting wine
dimensions variable
Caught in a narrow current of air, floating confetti mimics the cloudy character of natural wine.
Particles, yeast and sediment remaining in the liquid reveal active, usually unwanted, fermentation traces. While balloons slowly build up to a release, the installation celebrates what’s often filtered away.
